The Heat Transfer between the objects will occur only when the temperature of both objects is different. There are 3 features of heat transfer occurring from one method or several methods in combination which are:   

1. Conduction is the phenomenon in which the heat energy is transferred within one object or between two contacted objects with the direction of motion.
2. Convection is the heat transfer from one substance. Having been heated, the density of particles is less, The particles will flow and conduct the heat. At the same time, other parts that have not been heated also have a greater density of particles. This will be replaced continually.
3. Radiation is the heat transfer from the heat source to the substance with lower temperature without the need for medium called thermal radiation. It may be caused by greenhouse gases or global warming that all countries in the world are experiencing. Besides, the insulator price is currently inexpensive.
