CLEAN ROOM

CLEAN ROOM is caused by the problem of contamination of small particles and dust from the operators, machines, production process including the outside air. These can cause problems to the products or the in-process works resulting in the ineffective work. The scope of use of clean room is various from the hospitals, laboratories, food and drug industrial factories including electronics device manufacturing factories.

Type of CLEAN ROOM

The clean room can be classified into two types following the features of air flow inside the room as follows:

1. Unidirectional Flow Cleanroom

The air flow inside the room is the "Laminar Flow" suitable for the work requiring the cleanness and special Cross Contamination.

2.Non-Unidirectional Flow Cleanroom

The air flow inside the room is the "Turbulent Flow" having the flow less orderly than Unidirectional Flow Cleanroom
